For our first release of 2018, we've decided on a product that so far has only been available to the trade. Behold: our extremely popular yet elusive Pineapple Gomme syrup! This syrup has been featured behind the best bars across the Crescent City, It's made its way to California and up the Pacific Coast, and now its available to our retail customers for a limited time only.
While epic in tiki recipes, its also incredible when featured in tropical variations of the biggest bar hits. We've been experimenting with pineapple margaritas, palomas, mojitos and sidecars at the office. They're all fantastic.
Made with Three Brothers Farms raw Louisiana cane syrup, pineapples fresh from the Caribbean and our hand-made gomme syrup, the final product is a labor of love with silky texture, perfect balance and bright fruit flavor reminiscent of summer near a beach.

2 oz Resposado Tequila (we used 1800)
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz El Guapo Pineapple Gomme syrup
1 oz ginger liqueur (we used Domaine de Canton)
1 pinch of coarse sea salt
1 pinch of Aleppo pepper
Combine the tequila, pineapple juice, pineapple gomme syrup & ginger liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on top. With a hand grater, grate lime zest over the top of the drink. Tap the grater lightly to release the zest and oil into the drink.
