A variation of traditional almond orgeat, we make our creole orgeat with natural Louisiana cane sugar and Louisiana pecans toasted in cast iron skillets. This syrup is fresh and effervescent with notes of orange and rose. This syrup is perfect for any Mai Tai or old fashioned recipe. We're known to add these to milk punches, and it's also a favorite for both warm and chilled holiday cocktails. Add some in your next batch of eggnog!

2 parts Bourbon or Aged Rum
1/2 part Creole Orgeat
6 dashes El Guapo Chicory Pecan Bitters
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick & orange twist
